6 Sarreguemines Oyster Plates
A beautiful French antique set of 6 seafood plates produced by Digoin Sarreguemines (France) in the 1940's. Each majolica oyster plate consists of 6 shells compartments in the shape of scallop and one in the middle for the lemon. The glaze is amazing with grey blue, salmon shades.
Stamped Digoin Sarreguemines, France and numbered. This mark has been used from 1920 to 1950.
Overall good condition with some normal signs of ages. No cracks. Only a small chip.
