Chartres Enamel Medal
A beautiful Frennch antique medal from the early 20th century. The large pendant is made of enamel and sterling silver. It features the Holy Dress of the Holy Virgin surounded by the Latin sentence:
"Beate Marie Virginis Signum"
"Blessed Virgin Password"
The reverse shows the coat of arms of the city of Chartres surrounded by the French words:
"Pieux souvenir de ND de Chartres"
" Pious souvenir of Our Lady of Chartres"
Antique condition with some signs of ages like enamel lacks.
