Emile Rondinet (1879-1962) Painting
A magnificent watercolour dating to the early 20th century, around the 1920's. The French vintage gouache portrays an elegant woman wearing a hat and a purple dress, resting on a chaise longue in the summer. Beautiful colors. The painting has been signed by the French artist Emile Rondinet (1879-1962). This painter was recognized in his time and was a friend of the world known French sculptor François Pompon, (1855-1933).
The original work of art is protected by a glass pane and enhanced by a contemporary frame.
Overall good vintage condition with some normal signs of ages on the frame.
