Rare Zodiac Casket
One of a kind large casket dating to the early 20th century. This French antique box has been cast from cast iron and covered with wood plaques inside. The intricate Gothic style decor depicts the zodiacal signs / Astrological signs. It may be done for the use of astrologers in the 1900's. The magnificent piece would be fabulous in a cabinet of curiosity or as a gift for an astrologer.
It comes with its original key. Overall good antique condition with some normal signs of ages. Hinges have been repaired. Please take a close look at the photos.
