Copper Chef Braising Box
Antique French Chef braising box made of copper. The cast iron handle is solidly held on with copper rivets. This nineteenth century daubiere shows a dovetailed assembly. It will add to your kitchen a traditionnal touch of the French gastronomy.
Overall good antique condition with some normal signs of wears like small deformations.
