Stone Garden Planter
Beautiful vintage French garden planter dating to the mid 20th century. Made from reconstituted stone with varying degrees of weathering. The outdoor jardiniere is in the shape of a church font with four caryatids (heads of angels). Architectural motifs decor. Norman or Gothic style. The listing is for one piece, but two are available (see last photos).
CONDITION: timeworn painting giving it all its charm. Splinters. Weathering. The reconstituted stone became porous and is quite friable. I think it will be better to store it out of the rain. The bottom is not straight.
