St John Medal by Blin
A French antique religious medal made of silverplated metal, dating to the 1930's. The Christian pendant depicts Saint John Baptist "Saint Jean" kneeling in prayer and holding his staff and banner. The reverse features Saint John baptising Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, kneeling in prayer in the Jordan river. Gorgeous Art Deco design. Both sides have been signed by the French artist Edouard Blin (1877 to 1946).
CONDITION: overall good antique condition with some signs of ages like some black stains and wears of the silver-plate.
