Antique French Oil Painting on board Admiral Empire Horse 19th
A beautiful French antique oil painting on board dating to the 19th century. The wall art features a an Empire-era admiral on a black horse. It is dated 1886 and signed De Baillehache (lower right). It is inscribed on the back of the board "Amirale Empire 1890 - Philippe Jourlin - Le Bois Bois Dieu Bassy - Regny Loire". The frame is contemporary.
