"Jeanne" Napkin Ring
"Jeanne" Napkin Ring
A beautiful antique French sterling silver napkin ring, dating from the early 20th century. The napkin holder features a rich engraved decor depicting "the Gardener Boy" after the famous 18th century painter Étienne Jeaurat (1699-1789). The romantic engraving features a galant scene of a boy offering a small bunch of flowers to a girl. The napkin ring has been engraved with the beautiful French name Jeanne (Jane in English).
The French silverware bears a crab hallmark for sterling silver and the silversmith's hallmark.
This 1900's silver napkin ring would be a perfect gift for all Jeanne at any occasions.
