Guilloche silver Carving Set
A beautiful antique French two pieces sterling silver carving set made up of a fork and a knife. The handles of both pieces bear the maker's mark of the Maison Allard & Fellion in Paris: the hallmark AF and a cross. Both also bears the post-1838 French Minerva hallmark certifying that they are solid sterling silver. The handles features a beautiful guilloche decor with a Louis XV style cartouche which is blank (you can make engraved your own initials). The steel blades of the carving knife has been stamped PARIS.
This early 20th century ensemble would be an authentic addition to your table setting and your Christmas table.
