This is an antique French Communion medal, from the Art Nouveau period, made of sterling silver. It is hallmarked on the ring. The Christian pendant displays a fine chalice. This "Precious souvenir" is dated 23th June 1907 and shows the initials MR.
This gorgeous medal remains a perfect first Communion gift nowadays.
