The shipping always includes a tracking number.
Charmantiques do not profit from shipping charges and don't add to the packing cost and time.

What happen if you did not receive your order ? Please, contact us and we will solve the issue quickly.
Damaged order in transit : as soon as you receive your order, please make the damage noticed and open a refund claim at your local post office as quickly as possible. Moreover if it is possible, please open the parcel in front of the delivery man to check that the item is safe.
Import duties, taxes and charges :

For the USA, if you choose the UPS shipping method, Customs taxes are included with it for orders value less than $600.
Return Policy :
If you are not satisfied with any item you receive and you want to return it, please notify us within 7 days. We will gladly refund your payment in full (less shipping charges) after we receive it. Please note that the return shipping cost is paid by buyer. And please, do not forget to mention on the custom declaration that it is a return.
