STORE POLICIES

What happen if you did not recieve your order ? Please, contact us and we will open a claim to the French post. But note that can be long : a parcel has to be missing for 90 days from the shipping date before get the insurance money or just an answer to the request. Fortunately, it did not often happen. Thank you so much for your patience.

Damaged order in transit : as soon as you recieve your order, please make the damage noticed and open a refund claim at your local post office as quickly as possible. Moreover if it is possible, please open the parcel in front of the delivery man to check that the item is safe.

Return Policy :

If you are not satisfied with any item you receive and you want to return it, please notify us within 7 days. We will gladly refund your payment in full (less shipping charges) after we recieve it. Please note that the return shipping cost is paid by buyer. And do not forget to mention on the custom declaration that it is a return.
