What happen if you did not recieve your order ? Please, contact us to solve the issue. We will answer within 24hours.
Damaged order in transit : as soon as you receive your order, please make the damage noticed and open a refund claim at your local post office as quickly as possible. If the packaging is damaged, write it below your signature.
Return Policy :
If you are not satisfied with any item you receive and you want to return it, please notify us within 7 days. We will gladly refund your payment in full (less shipping charges) after we receive it. Please note that the return shipping cost is paid by buyer. And do not forget to mention on the custom declaration that it is a return (otherwise Customs charges would apply).
