This is an antique protector medallion pendant depicting the famous Raphael's Madonna and child. It is from the 1930's and made of antique authentic antique ivory and silverplate. The pendant has a geormetrical shape, typical Art Deco shape. This medallion used to be used by mother to protect their little children and mother used to hang the protector medal on the crib of their baby.
