A vintage French decorative wall charger, from the 1970's. The Palissy style decor finely features sea life on a black background. There are a green fish, a rockfish, another fish, a starfish, seaweed and a tomato. This majolica plate is from Provence, in France. It would be perfect in a fish cabin to the ocean.
