A rare antique French religious black wall frame dating to the early 19th century or may be late 18th century. It features Jesus Christ crucifix. The cross has been made from wood. Jesus Christ body has been cast from enamelled terracotta. The frame depicts angels at the top and has been mounted on a wooden plaque. Unusual antique wall crucifix. The cross is based on a brown velvet.
