A lovely antique figural still bank/penny bank/money box in the shape of a cute brown dog with black spots. This a splendid example of an early 20th century still bank. Still bank were popular in the 19th century and begining of the 20th.century and were generally made for children. These banks were meant to be broken in order to retrieve the money.
