A French antique and authentic religious medal. The communion pendant finely features the Eucharist: Jesus Christ and a communicant "Ego Sum Panis Vivus". This gorgeous medal remains a perfect first Holy Communion gift nowadays. It has been engraved on the back with date May 21, 1925.
