The lid is finely etched and features a French farm meal scene entitled "Conversation intéressante" meaning "Interesting Conversation". Rims are beautifully crafted with floral motifs. This sewing or trinket box comes with its original lovely key. The lock works perfectly. The inside is covered with fabric.
