This is an antique French Communion medal, from the Art Nouveau period, made of sterling silver. It is hallmarked on the ring. The Christian pendant displays a goldplated Mary.
It is in nice antique condition with some normal signs of ages. Please take a close look at the photos, they are an integral part of the description.
