Massier Wild Rose Wall Pocket
Massier Wild Rose Wall Pocket
A rare French antique wall pocket in the shape on a beautiful wild rose. The Art Nouveau wall vase dates to the late 19th century, circa 1880. It has been signed with the letter M on the back and can be attributed to the French ceramist Delphin Massier (1836-1907). "The Massiers (Jérôme, Clément, Delphin, Cédric) are a dynasty of ceramists who go back beyond the French Revolution and played a key role in the renaissance of Vallauris ceramics" (French Riviera).
This French wall pocket would add to your home a French Art Nouveau colorful touch.
