A fabulous antique wall holy water font dating to the early 20th century. The silver-plated brass plaque features a praying child in front of of Our lady Virgin Mary, the "Child's Prayer". It has been signed by the French artist L.de.Helly and is based on a gorgeous green onyx plaque. The glass water font is held by a brass mount, decorated with Louis XVI style motifs. The back is protected by a brass plaque. High quality piece with exceptional materials, handmade in France.
