A delightful antique 19th century Japanese Satsuma ware pot and cover. A lot of characters all around the pot and the cover are hand painted on a gold background. On the inside, there are a lot of Japanese signs in black and only one in red.
Condition: overall good antique condition: no repairs, no cracks, no hairlines.
