A magnificent French antique Saint Joan of Arc medal dating to the early 20th century. The rare sterling silver pendant features a fine portrait of Saint Joan of Arc. Her head is raised with a determined look. She is surrounded by the French words: "Va Fille de Dieu, Obéis à tes Voix" ("Go Daughter of God, Obey your Voices"). The reverse features Our lady Virgin Mary of Lourdes. Virgo Fideli. It has been signed by the French engravers Penin Poncet.
CONDITION: Good antique condition with some signs of ages.
